Orders - will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment.  If you have not received your order within 7 days (UK), 11 days (Europe) or 14 days (Rest of World) please contact us for replacements or a refund.

Returns Policy - we are happy to except returns for any reason within 7 days the item must be returned to us in original condition i.e tagged attached and unopened

Posatage - UK postage is free for orders over £10 and £1 for orders under £10 and will be dispatched via royal mail. Europe postage is just £3 per order and is sent via airmail small packages Rest of world delivery is £5

Faulty Items - we do our best to ensure that every item sent out is in perfect condition and is not faulty, but due to the amount of stock we deal with you could occasionally receive a faulty or imperfect item.  If you receive a faulty or imperfect item, you will receive a replacement or a full refund for the item.  You may be asked to return the item for inspection.

Remittance Terms - payment may be made by debit card, credit card or paypal balance via Paypal.  Online payments are processed via paypal and you do not need a paypal account to do this, just follow the on-screen instructions.  After placing your order follow through to paypal where you can choose to pay with paypal or credit/debit cards we also accept payments via google checkout..
